Our simple, secure process makes swapping smartphones in Ghana easier than ever before.
The SwapAm Process
1. Create Your Account
Sign up as a swapper looking to swap your phone or as a vendor with phones to offer. Fill in your details and create your profile to get started.
2. Submit Your Swap Request
Tell us about your current phone and the one you're looking for. Our smart matching algorithm will find vendors with your desired phone.
3. Chat with Vendors
Once matched, you can chat securely with vendors to discuss the swap details, negotiate terms, and ask any questions you might have.
4. Upload Phone Images
Both you and the vendor will upload clear images of the phones from multiple angles to verify their condition and ensure transparency in the swap process.
5. Make Secure Payment
Once you've agreed on the swap terms, you'll make a payment via Mobile Money in Ghana Cedi (GHS). The payment is held securely in escrow until the swap is completed successfully.
6. Complete the Swap
Meet with the vendor to exchange phones. Once both parties confirm satisfaction with the swap, the payment is released to the vendor (minus our service fee).
7. Enjoy Your New Phone
That's it! You now have your desired smartphone. You can leave feedback about your experience to help build trust in our community.
